Adhara Hardware Upgrades??

Doesn’t the post title seem unfamiliar to you at eUttaranchal.com? Of course, it should!

Adhara is the name of server where euttaranchal.com website is hosted. Recently some major Hardware and software upgrades were performed by the hosting service provider which went unnoticed by me affecting eUttaranchal services.

I started receiving queries from eUttaranchal Matrimonial users begining monday 25 Jun with unpredictable problems. While I tried to figure out the possible reasons, the emails went on flooding my inbox with similar strange problems.

And finally when I logged in to my Hosting account, I read the alert mail by service provider regarding Adhara Hardwar/Software updates which caused eUttaranchal services to behave abnormally all of a sudden. I wasn’t late to identify and FIX the problem area. However, I strongly regret for the problems experienced by eUttaranchal users. At the same time, I feel obeliged to the users who took the pain to report the problem of the issue would have remained for long.

Lesson Learnt:

1. Regulary keep on reading the alert emails from your service providers.
