If you are using Yahoo Email Address at eUttaranchal Matrimonial, we have a bad news for you!

Since a couple of days, we have noticed that Yahoo is delaying receiving emails sent through our server. The delay time has considerably increased to over 24 hrs now!

What does this mean?

This means that when you express interest or send a message to any member (having Yahoo email address) at eUttaranchal Matrimonial, those mails may be delivered after 24 hrs or even may be lost/rejected by Yahoo.

How does it affect eUttaranchal Matrimonial Members?

You may NOT recieve the alert email we send to a member when another member expresses interest on your profile or sends you a message. You may get a message from eUttaranchal Matrimonial saying “Validate your Email” and you will never receive the validation email from us!

What is the solution?

While we liaison  with Yahoo to fix up the issue from their end, we recommend eUttaranchal Members to CHANGE their email address to any other email like Gmail or Rediff.

To update your email address with eUttaranchal Matrimonial, please follow these steps:

a. Login in eUttaranchal Matrimonial

b. Click on “My Contact Details” link in the left navigation

c. Remove your yahoo email address and enter a new email address against “Email” field

d. Click on “Update” button

e. Once you update your email, you will be asked to verify your email. Click on “Validate My Email” link next to your email address on the same page. Follow the simple steps and you are done!
